Sign Tray
The 5mm aluminium panel is routed and then folded into the box shape. It consists of a standard white finish or Colour Coated aluminium composite. This is commonly used in the sign making industry. It is durable as It will not oxidise or corrode like many other materials when used externally.
Light Box
Light boxes are folded metal trays that often form the basis of shop front sign as well as being used for other applications such as: corporate branding, internal signage and directional signage.
They are made up of different metals. Aluminium or Stainless Steel and then can be powder coated to virtually any colour.
The Fascia can then be made up of a full opal acrylic panel.
Allowing 100% of lighting to shine through. Or a aluminium composite board, stencil cut with your lettering and logo. Backed off with acrylic allowing the lighting to shine through the stencil areas.
Once the sign tray has been folded into shape the fascia can then be decorated with a number of features including:
Self-adhesive vinyl, digitally printed images or flat cut / built up letters fixed to the face.
Sign trays are usually illuminated with high output LEDs. Fluorescent tubes are still available if preferred, to illuminate translucent acrylic elements of the sign to make it really stand out
We will print your sign using eco solvent inks or up to 7 year vinyl, making your sign suitable for use indoors or out.
